Zimbabwe – 2018 (6th April 2018)

Friday Night is Braai Night at Antelope Park. Braai means barbecue and what a feast it always is with steak, chicken and amazing sausages. I invited the Agronomy Dean from Midlands State University along with Dr. Pepucai who is an expert in potatoes. Had a very interesting time with them just getting to know them better. Building relationships with people is extremely important. You get to know more about them which helps build a mutual trust. This country still has the best education in Africa despite the abject poverty here. If plans we have as Champions For Children are going to bear fruit then I have always said that local support is where it is at. There is none better than the local university MSU with its wealth of knowledge and skills in many fields.
