What does the ‘no quibble’ guarantee mean?

Exactly that. ‘No Quibble’. 

Within 30 days if you are not happy in any way then get in touch with us, return the item, and we will provide you with a full refund.

If you have any manufacturing issues within 2 years, then please send us pictures of the problems and we will be happy to send you a replacement liner.

Please note that proof of purchase date must be provided.

Can the sleeping bag liner be used in the tropics?

Yes it can keep you cooler on its own.

Do you do different sizes?

We only have single liners at the moment. Unfortionately the mummy and double liners were not popular and we had to discontinue them.

Does it add extra season to the sleeping bag?

Yes our liners will increase the warmth of a sleeping bag.

Is there a pillow pocket built into the liner?

Yes. There is a pillow pocket included in the design.

Why do you not sell coloured pure silk?

Coloured silk bleeds easily. Ivory is popular.

How do I wash my liner?

For Pure Silk Hobo only

Step 1

If you have purchased a coloured liner soak overnight in cold water with 250grams of salt to fix the colour and stop it “bleeding”. Run cold water over it until the water runs clear. You may have to repeat this 3 or 4 times. NEVER RUB OR WRING. If non coloured carry out next steps only.

Step 2

For all liners Non coloured or otherwise wash with non-bio soap like simple baby shampoo in tepid water. It’s safer to hand wash only. Silk although very strong is very delicate when wet. NEVER RUB OR WRING

Step 3

Roll in an old bath towel (see diagram) and press out the excess water. NEVER RUB OR WRING

Dry flat indoors (silk should never be dried in the sun)

For Micro 140 liners only.

No need for above instructions. It is a very easy care product.

Wash separately at 40 degrees in washing machine before 1st use to soften the material. Spin on normal speed.

Thereafter wash at 40 degrees separately. Spin on normal speed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders placed on a business day before 12 noon are osted the same day. Check on the website that your order has been posted. If it has, then please allow 7 days before contacting us.

How long will it take to get my item?

All items are dispatched within 3 working days. You can choose your postage option depending on how quick you need the product. Please see our delivery information for more information.

What delivery options do you have available?

All of our orders are posted via Royal Mail.

You can choose from the following options:-

  • Special Delivery Next Day with tracking.

I have been charged but I can’t seem to find my order?

Check your emails from your order conformation including in your spam folder. If you cannot find an email then please contact us though the contact page on our website.

What happens if I have a problem?

Our sleeping bag liners are guaranteed for 2 years with a “no quibble” guarantee. Please contact us if there are any issues or problems.
